The province has announced that, starting September 22, Ontarians will be required to use a domestic vaccine passport to enter some settings including event spaces. By October 22, the province hopes to have introduced a smartphone app that will allow for vaccination-status confirmation.
The requirement for a vaccine passport will not apply to churches - the bride and groom welcome all guests to celebrate the ceremony regardless of vaccination status.
Important note: these vaccine requirements do not apply to people under 12 (who cannot yet be vaccinated) or those with clear medical exemptions.
The Old Mill has several COVID protection protocols in place including contact tracing, distanced tables, limited capacity, and sanitizing stations.
